By placing an order with BensAz Designs you agree to the terms below. All transactions are governed by Fiverr's Terms of Service in addition to these terms.

Services

BensAz Designs provides Amazon KDP-related design and copywriting services as described on the Services page. Deliverables and pricing are confirmed at order placement.

Turnaround & revisions

• Standard turnaround is 4 business days unless stated otherwise on the package page.
• Unlimited revisions are included during the active order.
• Post-delivery revisions after order completion are billable at $50.

Refunds

Refunds follow Fiverr's policy. We will work to resolve any issue through revisions before any refund discussion.

Intellectual property

• Upon full payment and order completion, you receive full commercial rights to the delivered files.
• BensAz Designs reserves the right to display non-confidential deliverables in portfolio examples unless you opt out.

Amazon compliance

All A+ Content modules are designed to follow Amazon's KDP guidelines at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for guideline changes Amazon makes after delivery, but offer post-delivery revisions to bring modules back into compliance.

Limitation of liability

BensAz Designs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost sales or rankings.
